Fingerpicking was solid not easy to replace that piano playing in the original. Singing is an art of its’ own for sure. I sang 2nd tenor in jr. high choir. Now I’m a bari-tenor. I don’t care I still sing as if I can. 😎

Sing like no one is listening and dance like no one is watching!!

Thanks for sharing. Your bass line and fingerpicking add dynamics. I used to be able to sing but as I age my range suffers. Still I have to sing too even if it is not what I’d like. I started playing to accompany myself singing back in the 60’s. Now past my 60’s I play to reach the notes I can no longer hold. “But don’t forget to sing when you win”.

Hi Patty – that’s super kind of you. I haven’t built up the courage to do anything in public – I’m confident in my guitar playing (though still a long journey ahead of me as Tony would say), but I’m not as confident in my singing. I do really appreciate the encouragement – it means a lot!
