index reference speed challenge
I got to where I could play at .5x every time but wanted to get .75x at least once. I did it twice after so many times playing through. feels good to break through!

Congrats @c_the_beard 👏👏🤩 You can do what you can do at this time (no need for perfection) – these exercises/lessons are geared for measuring your progress. When you attempt them again in the future (most of these daily challenges come around again within a year +/-), you can measure your progress to see that trusting in the system yields positive results👍

Thanks for the encouragement! I actually saved that one because it is such a good flat picking exercise. I’ve already seen improvement in my speed and accuracy. It’s fun to challenge myself to go just a little faster each time. Hey, have a happy Thanksgiving tomorrow!
