Is Tommy making all these sounds with his guitar?
If so, is it only possible because he is using acoustic electric? If you can do something akin to this on regular acoustic, how do you do it?

After watching Tommy a bunch, I find myself fascinated by all the things guitars can do, in addition to being fascinated by literally every guitar style (blues, folk, country, rock, pop, classical, flamenco, Irish, etc.) in existence.

Live is on the bucket list. But I have watch a lot of his performace (small space) and lesson videos, and some are not plugged in. I don’t see him endorsing Tonewood Amps, so I think those pops and rings, and I know the harmonic chimes are his extreme talent. And have you noticed how the Maton he normally plays looks like Willy Nelson got a hold of it and removed places from the sound board. the man plays a lot.

He is definitely using sound effect pedals like reverb, delay, and echo. One thing i noticed is that certain types of pickups really exaggerate things like finger noise when sliding
