I logged in and did my lessons (all this week) then clicked ‘complete’ as usual and today my log says I didn’t do any of them. It will probably set my streak to zero AGAIN! No big deal, but yes, it is a big one for me…

I feel your pain. Last week, Tuesday I did my challenge and marked complete. The next day I see my 552 day streak had ended. The system shows I completed the lesson, but said I didn’t log in! WHAT? Yes, I am pissed. I have been in contact with someone at the Help Desk and they have referred my issue to there IT Department.
So hopefully it gets fixed, because it is a big deal to me!

I hope you get your log back. Unfortunately for me they insist that the system is right and the system (computer log) says I did not log in

I have found that I have to go to the home page every day, this is where you see all your stats. https://tonypolecastro.com/home/
I go there first thing when I start my TAC routine and make sure the counter increments. Since doing this, I’ve had no more unexpected streak breaks. Early on I had multiple streaks ended for no reason. I feel your pain
