I am thinking of buying a Martin SC-10E basically for its playability for old hands, any body have one of those or know anything about them

I have the Martin road series and purchased a Taylor Academy 12E. I find them both easy to use, and as the Taylor is smaller, it gives rest to the fingers.

I recently bought a SC-10E and I really like it.It is a radical departure for Martin.Neck is really thin with a low action that plays more like a ‘Strat than a D-18 🙂

Sounds great plugged in or unplugged as well. Very crisp highs and mids, not much bottom end but that was to be expected with the Cutaway and completely new body design.

I actually prefer the Satin finish to the more expensive SC-13E. It looks really nice to me without the added bling.

This is a great guitar and a good value!!!
