    Ever see the John Fahey clip where he nonchalantly ashes his cigarette into the sound hole of his Martin while doing an interview. The look on the reporters faces is priceless

    It’s actually “relatively” easy to get a pick out once you learn the trick. Centering the pick directly below the soundhole (usually where the label is) and then quickly spinning the guitar over will spit the pic out 90 plus percent of the time.

      Keeping several in there makes for a nice shaker instrument too! I figured the retrieval technique out but find it interesting there are actual instructions available online for various methods of removal. Thanks @SoCal_Ian for your comments.
