I think this would be amazing if it were your 5th time through! First? I think you are so close to knocking this out of the park.
-
Well, thank you! I do feel like I am making good progress. So close, and yet so far away… lol
I really wanted to post this so I can see my progress in a couple more months. I think its so important to see / hear the progress we make as we move along the journey. It helps in those times of frustration…

Nice and slow. I have a real hard time with trying to play this one slow. Great job!

Thank you 🙂 I appreciate you taking the time to give feedback.

First time? Tone, accuracy, technique, clarity…..check on all of them. You have it down. Speed comes around in time. Wait until next time! Great job!
-
Yes… speed will def take practice! LOL…
Thank you for your feedback! I appreciate it very much.

Real nice job, especially really good for the first time. This tune is one of my absolute favorites and I am constantly giving it a shot. Due to life changing events of the last year, the lyrics now unfortunately ring all too true for me, giving the song even more feeling.
Old Neil himself never really plays it the same every time and so there is a lot of room for adding or subtracting a thing here and there. I just run with what I like wrt.
Hey if my eyes don’t deceive me, I believe that is a Martin SC-13E in your hands. Nice guitar.
-
You are correct on the Martin! Good eye 🙂 And thank you so much!
I quite like this one as well. I keep going back to it…

Tricia, I’ve listened to this song so many times and would love to play it and even if I were to play it only half as good as you’ve done here, I’d seriously be really happy. It’s just you in your own guitar playing world, doing what you love and are passionate about and one of the great areas that you have done incredibly well is the timing.
Playing fast or slow isn’t important, it’s following a metronome and keeping to it that makes a song sound great and you’ve managed to do just that. So massive congrats on learning this, you’re doing really really well Tricia, excellent accomplishment
