Hi all – recently became a lifetime member before the year mark.

I’ve played more guitar in the past year than I have in the past 30 years, and it’s all because of this program.

I always loved guitar – got one for Christmas when I was 6 years old – but no teaching methodology really stuck with me until I found Tony.

Now it’s like a vision has been realized. I play regularly, get lost in the moment, am remembering sequences, and can even do that pesky B minor chord.

A Big Win: On a confident whim, I went on Facebook Live for New Year’s Eve and did a 90-minute concert playing my favorite songs and even took one song request. Felt natural and fun.

Nice to meet everyone and happy new year!

Hi MNG! I can totally relate to having Tony’s method become my path to realizing my dreams. I got my first guitar at 7 and it sat in the corner of my bedroom untuned and only occasionally picked up and played for the next 5 years. Music class in middle school taught me how to tune (kind of). Fast forward and I find the key to what I was missing and it was Tony’s method. I have been around for a while now and being able to play in a way that exceeds my wildest dreams is one of the great satisfactions of my life. I still come every day to do my calisthenics on the daily challenge and it has yet to fail to surprise me with dividends paid for all the previous time I put in! The Daily Challenge is the key to my success. Whoa! I think that is the first time I put that all together! There is a small win!!!
Congrats MNG and I look forward to hearing more from you!

Getting lost in the moment is amazing, isn’t it? The Guitar is a wonderful journey.

@MNG I really appreciate the introduction I’ve seen you just recently on the forums and enjoyed your posts. I became a lifelong member shortly after joining several years ago and I still am on the site daily so that’s a testament to Tony’s teaching method. I think Tony brought the magic of guitar to life for me and I still get lost in that moment and still enjoy learning new things. Keep up the great work that I’ve seen.

    Hello MNG –

Wow! Doing a live stream takes some courage and hoozpuh! Congrats on taking that ‘next’ step!

I got my first guitar when I was 38 (I am 55 now). I learned what I knew from youtube and picked it up and put it down several times through out. I have only been doing TAC for about a month and already feel like I am leaps and bounds beyond. I also enjoy it and pick up the strings every day! I simply love it. Congrats on becoming a lifetime member. If I keep this up like I am – I may end up doing the same.

    Thanks for sharing…

    Peace…
