Small win.
Today’s small win is I played guitar for at least 20 minutes without a coughing spell. Another win is I made it to my 64th birthday.

I hope your coughing is just from “the crud” going around and definitely not something more…. (I’ve had it for a week tomorrow, and am damn tired of it).
