    I dug deeper than I have done on previous Tuesday challenges. Use more effort and time, it is opening my mind to do more. Thank you Tony for the lessons!

    Well done. I think that some hit home and then you can really start to get some benefit. I still hit a road block on the speed challenge but give everything a try and worth videoing your efforts even if not posting them as it will show you how you are progressing.
