the joy of stealing!
TOC (The Old Coach) beat me to it, but I too go through the forum daily looking for hints and clues that will help my playing ( im so selfish). When I see something I grab it and whisk it away to my little cobwebbed brain. Its amazing how many people have a lot of the feelings I do to one stage or another. As I said in my bits and pieces forum piece, getting a little here and a little there can add up. Being a member of tac really helps the soul and sometime hurts the fingers

Or, you could call it the joy of sharing, @Mrfredsporty . But it’s not selfish at all. I know you were poking fun, but I feel this is important. Selfish is “no concern for others”, which is a really unwanted thing. Self-centered, on the other hand, is simply paying too much attention to yourself. Foolish maybe, but not a big, bad thing. But you aren’t even doing that. You are engaged in self-improvement within a community so you can’t help but benefit others also. Pretty much the opposite of selfish, it’s caring and sharing. You are part of the guitar kindness community.
