This Lullaby & Dust in the Wind – SNL VOM 13th June 2021
I didn’t intend to post this as it wasn’t a very polished performance and I’m not at all comfortable with my voice, but I listened back to the recording and you know what, I didn’t hate my singing on this.
Thanks to the hosts @JeanE and @BobGarrity1 and all the attendees for your support. I can’t say enough good things about the VOMs, they’re great fun and are really helping a lot of people develop their playing. Just don’t ask @Carol-3M-Stillhand to read out descriptions of guitar strings, things might get out of hand. 😂😂

Thank you Alfred and Marquita. I’ve got to a point where I’m running out of material for the VOMs and so thought I’d push myself out of my comfort zone and try singing as well. I need to get into the habit of deciding on a few songs in advance and then practicing them though, I only picked this tune to play about 10 minutes before stepping up to the mic.
