Venting
Today should have been day 9 of my current streak, but the counter says 1! That just pisses me off. It’s hard to get these streaks going,then to have the counter screw up is just too much. There I said it now I’ll move on .

Hey Stevie, I’m sorry that happened. I can understand the disappointment when you rely on something to help you keep track of that. Try contacting support maybe they can reset it. Can’t hurt.
I personally haven’t looked at that counter in a couple of years. I am committed, and I pick up my guitar daily, unless I’m hospitalized or something is out of my control. I haven’t made it to the website every day, so I’m sure it resets. I think the total sessions is more reliable and indicative of your re important, because it shows a larger commitment.

Hey Loraine, thanks for the encouraging message. I have my own counter that I use now. I had an issue with the counter before and downloaded my own counter. I like keeping track it’s my small win for the day.

Same thing just happened to me today. This should have been day 91, but the counter shows me starting a new streak today. I have contacted support and am awaiting an answer.

We’ve all had this happen, we sit down watch Tony and play our guitars and then the next day the site says we missed yesterday and the counter starts anew. It’s happened to me a number of times.
I have a resolution but it won’t fix your past losses. It will prevent this from happening going forward.When I sit down at my computer the first think I do is click to the home page. When you do this you can literally watch the session counter roll over to the next number. I’ll post a video of it shortly. As soon as I remember to record it.
Every TAC page has the Acoustic Challenges logo in the top left corner, click on it and you’ll be taken home and you can watch your counter advance.
