@lecassandra inspired me to try to post some of the “backpocket” Christmas songs I had set up for this quarter’s goals. ( Another factor is that my grandson was home for the holidays and we got to playing around with some of his multimedia skills.) So, it is my intent to post a song a day until Christmas. I am an advocate of NOT a lot of takes when I post so you get to see me where I am, but I will say I have decided I need more metronome consistency. I get distracted by all the fun I am having and the cavalier [rhythm] attitude that comes from playing alone. So that will be in my next quarter’s goals.

Let me encourage those newer to TAC to be sure and use the quarterly guitar audit process. I update my profile each quarter to remind me of what those goals are. The Audit is coming up right after Christmas. You will find the reward to your guitar journey is worth the effort. Thanks for listening and have a Merry Christmas.

Nicely done! Good job by your grandson also. Keep well, and Merry Christmas!

Oh wow! The tech is cool and so is the music. I’ve been sticking with mostly ukulele for my silly self-imposed challenge but did bust out tbe guitar last night. A full advent calendar has been a lot. I agree about minimal takes… I like not doing too many.

I need to work on not running away with the rhythm, also, sometimes. Perhaps I shall take your advice and employ the quarterly goals more…
