Website Issues – Anyone Else?
Hey there, been loving this product, thanks to Tony and the team.
Unfortunately I’ve had some website issues that make using this platform from moderately annoying to unusable. The first issue is that every single page takes like 2-4 seconds to load. Not sure why, my guess was maybe this is much more than a WordPress is meant to handle. The other issue is that text is always cut off by the blue sidebar on the left (My Routine, Tac Family, Resources, etc.) The button on the top to hide the sidebar only works sometimes. No matter whether I use Chrome or Safari, both these issues persist.
It would be great if you could do some sort of website re-do to make it better to browse. Just get some higher quality back-end support.

Hello! Pages here seem to take the 2-4 seconds to load like you described.
The side bar issue is not a problem on my end…
I’m not a tech or computer person, so I really don’t have any suggestions other than to send a note to the Support crew…they were a big help when I first tried signing up for TAC.
Dust off those rusty strings just one more time…. 🙂

@dbws95gmail-com Welcome to TAC. @Booker makes a great suggestion that I second. If there is a lag in the system that you find unacceptable, Contact Victoria at Support to discuss it. She may have an answer or solution, or she may have a ticket opened with IT. There is a slight lag when clicking on new areas (dailies, forums, etc). That has always been present since TAC switched websites and systems. It is greatly improved from the initial launch o the new website.

@dbws95gmail-com For what it’s worth, I too have slow response on the site – has been the same since day 1 for me.
I too love the instruction and the site is nice – just sluggish.
If you find a trick to improve user performance, please share.

I did have troubles initially. But switched browsers and that fixed everything
