    What is shame? My knowledge of the concept comes from lost opportunity. I am not sure this is what you mean?

    I hear your frustration Jennifer. The only time I’ve experienced something similar to what you’re outlining is on the old TAC site when I was taking a skill lesson and the site said I had to complete the previous lesson first in order to move forward. If you are having difficulty, I suggest contacting Support.
