  1. If the barre chord is too taxing, you could just to play this in open position.
    Start with the ring finger on the 3rd fret of the A-string and the pinky on the 3rd fret of the high E-string. Instead of the 5th fret of the D-string, you would play the open G-string. And instead of the 5th fret B-string on the last note of the measure, you would play the open high-E string. Some might find this easier
