    Doesn’t the tab show that you pluck the 7th fret B string a second time before sliding down to the 5th fret? Counting it I see quarter note, 2 8th’s, 2 8th’s and the pluck and slide as the final 2 8’ths?

    1. In the recorded version of the song, you play a pinch with the open low D-string and a double stop at the seventh fret of the G-string and the B-string (quarter note), the open middle D-string (eighth note) and then 7th fret G-string (eighth note), the open low D-string (eighth note) and then 7th fret B-string (eighth note), and then slide down to the 5th fret (quarter note). It all adds up that way. That’s how I hear it, anyway
