All the hammer ons are in store for you today… seriously, all of them. Open string hammer ons, fretted hammer ons; they’re all present and accounted for in today’s technique challenge. The great news is that while your fretting hand will be handling the lion’s share of the work your picking hand will be on vacation for the most part, only really responsible for a down stroke. This challenge will get your head in the game when it comes to hammer ons and the various combinations in which you can do them. This challenge alone will cause a distinct increase in fretting hand confidence and strength.
