“Don’t lay no boojee woojee on the king of rock n roll!” Can’t remember who said it. Great fun.
-
Ah – Long John Baldry – thank you google
-
-
this one was fun 🙂
-
I got it down, and now want to work on that sling -feel going up and down. You know, put some slick on it. Keep strumming.
-
I like this need to work on my alternate picking. As normally play with my fingers but that doesn’t work here. But really cool though.
-
I’m getting it
-
I am making progress,. I can actually pretty much do this. Can’t do it with the track, but can at least do it on my own.
-
That was fun..
-
good beat
-
Well fun and sounded OK. The week should be interesting.
-
Man, I just LOVED this. Couldn’t help it, played it over and over again. Worried about the upcoming fingerpicking though….I suck at that.
-
l enjoyed playing this.
-
I enjoyed this… played it almost up to speed. 10+ minutes down!
-
I liked figuring out and then playing the ‘turn around’.
A bit of a breather from last week. 🙂 -
This is slow going but it is possible. It really helps to see the pattern in the fingering. This is gonna swing someday.
-
Getting it under my fingers and enjoying it!
-
Feel like my fingers are to short have trouble reaching
-
Making progress. Need a little more practice time to memorize and up the tempo so that I can keep up with the Play Along.
-
That was just a lot of fun to play. Was hard to put the guitar down after getting it under my fingers. Feeling good about the swing rhythm too.
-
Fun one! My continuing issue is hitting the wrong string!!! Hate to be watching my fingers nonstop! When does it get more normal???
-
Swing dotted quarter -eight
-
It’s great leak! Feel like young again!
-
This was good, timing, notes got it all! I would like to quicken the pace a bit
-
First week, First lesson; already enjoying it!
-
easy one tonight!
-
What a fun one – especially after last week.
-
Great fun- had a struggle with the turn-around but stuck with it until I got it!
-
Fun run. Practicing before Monday Night Football. Go Eagles!
-
Second time through this. Speed is now there. This is fun to play and it as easy enough for me to memorize.
-
Always fun to play.
-
Fun exercise and love the beat.
-
It was fun and I can hear what the timing should be but I just need to play it faster
-
fun to learn to play this, but I need to improve it at speed
-
Always a fun lesson. Just need a bandmate with a mouth harp and wash tub bass and I’m gonna hit the road. Peace and love to all you TACsters.
-
I’m back after a week off (super crazy week). But I came back refreshed and doing a bit better and this challenge was a perfect way to dive back in. I was even able to do a bit of improv with the play along too.
-
So fun!
-
Funny thing, it’s sounds so much better with a 1.0 pick! I played better at faster speed. Lots of fun, will be playing this most of the night watching the game.
-
Enjoy that! Now to just speed it up, but got the notes and picking down good.
-
A nice break after all that pinky stretching of last week!
-
I really like the number 5 and then the easy turn around.
-
I could only afford 10 minutes today. I’m so glad that it wasn’t as challenging to me.
-
Got it! Love it. I’m already hearing other notes in there that might make it more interesting…but I’ll wait until Wednesday for that!
-
This was a lot of fun.
-
Pretty fun. I can read the tab and got the pattern down pretty well. Still very slow and I need to work on hitting the notes more cleanly, but overall not bad and it’s starting to sound like music. This week is off to a solid start. Cold and dark out so I got out to an earlier start than normal — maybe a new winter routine.
-
Finally, I’m started to feel more confident. Picking has improved and memorization is getting better.
-
fun,Ifound other riffs to use near the endusing the D and G string in the firs frets, awsome!
-
WOW! My best one yet!
-
so groovy! reaLLY love this one!
-
this website confuses me
-
Well that wasn’t tooo bad. Managed to ge tthe whole thing down but that darn pinky needs to get it’s act together 🙂 (and this one isn’t even that strethcy!)
-
Finally, a challenger that just clicked. The moment I started to play, it just fell under my fingers. Love it.
Congratulations, !
