  1. Hey Tony,
This is the first song lesson I have found with no comments, so I figured I had better leave one! I am really loving this song and the sound of DADGAD. By the way, check the tab in measure 19 versus how you have recorded it. in your recording the last two notes are eighth notes, with the pinch of the D and A followed by a D base note on the 4th string. on the tab, you just have the pinch of D and A as a quarter note without the following D base. I guess the D base is just for the finally but you leave it out if returning to measure 2?
    Thanks,
    Peter

    1. Peter,

Thank you for commenting and I am glad you dig this tune as well as the tuning 🙂 Often times I will change an ending depending on whether I plan on repeating it or going to the finale 🙂

      Cheers,
      Tony

    2. To end on the last time through the song, I think it sounds nice to strum a kind of power D chord with only the root note (D) and the fifth (A) by fretting the 3rd string at the second fret and leaving all the other strings open (from low to high: D on the open 6th string, A on the open 5th string, D on the open 4th string, A on the fretted 3rd string, A on the open 2nd string, and D on the open 1st string).
