thanks!! @sarahWil13 & @cadgirl you can do it!! Start simple. one thing that really opened the doors for me is Fretboard Wizard! Totally worth the investment times 100!! You can do it too! Change the story that you can’t or aren’t there yet! You have nothing to lose & everything to gain. Keep strumming!

Stands for Mudwater! Here’s a pic…sorry thats hard to read…says: Marsala Chai (black tea, ginger, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, black pepper) Cacao, Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, Reishi, Cinnamon, Turmuric, Himalayan Salt.

Very immune boosting & energy providing. I no longer crave coffee….used to drink two pots a day lol And no afternoon caffeine crash. Sometimes have decaf cuz I love the coffee taste. Delish.
