Why I'm Here

Played in college just learning songs that I liked. Stopped, sold my guitars to fund life and now, thirty years later I’m back to really learn about music, playing technique and to have fun. This program is just what I need to get re-focused and get better.

I think I will enjoy the guitar playing experience more if I perceive that I'm improving both technically and with more understanding of the music that I am playing. I really want to know more about what I'm doing.

What I'm Focused On Now

My continuing goal is and continues to be is constant improvement and more understanding of music theory and how that directly relates to guitar and my playing. I will spend at least ten minutes a day on exercises and have a good time doing that.

My Guitar Routine

This is How I TAC

I play every day.
I love to play in the morning after a wake up spell.
I am very fortunate to have a music room where I have all 15 guitars, amps, and several hundred CDs that I’ve collected since the early 80s.
I’m constantly reading to try to expand my understanding of music theory although I admit that it takes a lot of re-reading for it to sink in. My goal is to be able to connect what im playing with an ever expanding understanding of what it really is.
