Well now, that is totally cool Alfred! The song, the approach to learning from someone else’s playing and your Dad working with you on the closing verse. Well done young man👍

Another wonderful FNL VOM. Thank you @Real-Vic-G , @Carol-3M-Stillhand , and @Brian-Santos

Well done as usual DMart!
I can see this is a vintage DMart recording just because it seems to me you’ve moved on from the mic in this video. Very cool.

Noticed very little peaking at your fretting hand and getting all the notes correctly. Like you confidence with both hands. It’s obvious you’ve been practicing and seems to me you’ve improved even since last night at the SNL VOM. Well done David👍

This info is quite useful for any and all of us in TAC to get to any of the VOMs. And I certainly hope all TAC members can take advantage of this tremendous feature of guitar journey growth opportunity.
Kudos to you Vic🙏

Albert_d that’s a good one for sure. Found “Finnegan’s Wake”! The lyrics tell quite the tale. Thanks again!

Indeed Marisa. It was meaningful to me, my wife and my MIL all on different levels. Family and friends have been so supportive of my guitar activity.
I’m flat out loving this journey.
Thank You!

Albert_d I have to look up the lyrics you shared. Intriguing and fun!
Thank You.

Yes Guitargeezer, she is quite proud of her 100% Irish heritage; maiden name Kearny, married name McHugh. And as one of the most gentle and sweet woman I’ve known, she has that Irish twinkle in her eyes☺
Thanks!

Thank You Alisa. Another small win and they add up.

Thank You Bill!
She was her usual generous and appreciative self saying, “Thank You, Thank You, Thank You”. I couldn’t see her from my vantage point but, someone told me they saw a tear in her smiling Irish eyes.
My daughter set me up with having my grandkids (running around in the background) throw coins at me afterwards. Guess I’m a “pro” now 😂🤣
