@sahardellamorady ,I had a Martin D-28 and it was way to big for me. I could play it, but it wasn’t comfortable. So be aware your new guitar should fit your size, fit your hands. Check out the Acoustic Tuesdays, Tony does a lot of reviews. He recently had one on Guild Acoustic, but he has had them on Epiphone, Gibson, Taylor, etc. Let me add…. There is nothing wrong with having an extra guitar. Why not just keep your classical? I bought my guitars from a store that gave a 45 day return policy (guitar-center). If you don’t love it, take it back. If you don’t mind my recommendation…. Taylor GS-Mini, not real expensive and a nice size. Hope you have fun with your search.,

@Mrfredsporty , TAC is only for learning methods, helping you along with what you can learn and do. I think we all want to learn how to play some songs too. I belong to another site myself. No shame.

Use what is comfortable for you. THis was sort of a quiz to figure out how to move your fingers down to the point of hammering on. Good for you for figuring something out.

@Kitman , Glad you are still playing every day. Every time i get close to 100 i swear I miss a day. I’m at 88 and i am determined to make it this time. Record yourself now and then in a 100 days see how you have improved.

@KennonB , welcome to TAC. You just have to get in the habit of picking up the guitar every day. Put it somewhere where you see it, you’ll be more apt to pick it up to play something. Good Luck. and again welcome.

@GerryB56 , i uploaded a picture it went up fine (i deleted it out afterwards). Then I tried to upload a large picture and it wouldn’t do it. It didn’t give me the ‘page not found’ error thou. Just said it was too big. Try to upload again and see if it will do it now?

@Philb , that’s what i keep thinking about. They are a lot of work. I have cats too, so I’d have to have a secure hood on it or i’d drown my cats. Then i priced them! EGADS.
