@Kerby , I keep what I have problems with. Then I can go back and try again, and again, and again till i get it down. I don’t think any of the challenges are impossible, but… they can be challenging. I like @Kitman‘s response of saving the tabs to the cloud with an appropriate name. Good job, great idea. I save the challenges , but I haven’t renamed them. I think i’ll start doing that myself.

You talked with Tommy Emanuel!! That is awesome!
Yeah…. I really do miss that ‘free guitar’ thing. That was fun. The TAC program has changed, it doesn’t have the same feel as it did when I started, but…. It progressed and it is better. I think it still has a lot to offer. You have to remember, this is a business. To me the forum is the glue that keeps it together. I still will see a post that is a light bulb moment for me. Just keep in mind, If you start to stray away from picking up that guitar everyday, come back and join us.

@AlteredGoods , My advice is to favorite the daily challenges that have those near impossible pinkie stretches in them. As you keep practicing them, it will get easier. Once you have them on your favorite list you’ll be able to go back to them as many times as you want.

@nwforehand59gmail-com . I would recommend the ‘5 Day Guitar Routine Challenge’. It’s an intro to the daily challenges. Gives an understanding of what the weekly challenges are all about. Then get into the daily challenges (if you aren’t all ready). It all about picking up your guitar everyday and making it a habit. Good luck

@teriv2 , I would guess it’s just what is comfortable for you. For myself, I get better volume if i use a pick. Also I can play flat-picking a lot faster than I could do with just my thumb and fingers. It good to learn both ways, than you can make your own comparison.

Congrats @WAMGOC , Great to hear you were able to do the challenge. You should always give them a try.

@dbersigyahoo-com , With the daily challenges, just get your 10 minutes in. Its all about showing up. I would recommend the ‘5 days Guitar Routine Challenge’. It will give you a better understanding of what the challenges are all about. Just get into the habit of showing up. You don’t have to be perfect at the challenges, do your best. They come around again and you’ll be how much better you are when they do. good luck.

@JoeyKaye, go to the pull down arrow, at your profile name (where your picture is on the right hand side). Select the pull down and select Members. From here you can search for people. Put in your state to start off, then start narrowing it down by city. I wish we could search by county, but alas you can not. Have fun.

@dwgaudetgmail-com Have you done any of the skills levels yet? I would recommend the ‘5Day Guitar Routine Challenge’. It will explain the challenges and how to use them to enhance your guitar journey. @mcarlson_sb is right there is also http:tacsongs.com Lots of stuff to start you on your way. Good luck and have fun.

Sounding good @BethL . I like the strumming pattern you are using. The ending was a bit short thou 🙂

Very good job. Yes, good idea to simplify the strumming, sometimes that is a big help. I do that myself. All in all…. A good post 🙂

@David_Leo The mid range is fine (F2), really no noise at all. Once you set it on F3, it’s a little too noisy. it’s a little bigger than I thought it would be. But I am really happy with it. I like the idea of a filter too. Also you can use an anti bacterial solution if you like. Right now….. I fill it up on average twice a day. And it holds a lot of water. Easy to use. I think you’ll like it.
