@David_Leo ,I use an ‘AirCare mini’. It’s the same kind my guitar store has in their store. The brand doesn’t matter thou, get for the room size. I prefer a mist free, with an antibacterial filter. Right now, my guitars are scattered around the house so I don’t have a designated Guitar Room to put them in now. I’m a Michigander myself and it’s tough to fight the ups and downs of the humidity here. One week it’s in the 50s then drops to 10. I tend to think @GerryB56 has the best idea of the units that set inside your guitar and keeping them in the case. Even just keeping them in the case is better than nothing. Good luck.

@Irish_ayes , @N-lightMike , @mcarlson_sb , @SoCal_Ian I DID IT!!! I couldn’t find an app but I found a way to make my own icon for Tony’s Acoustic Challenge on the homepage of an IPhone. It was actually @mcarlson_sb comment that made me think that we should be able to put a icon on our home screen. So here it is. Have fun, now there is no excuse to miss a day 🙂
1) On your IPhone, open your Safari browser and go to http://www.tonypolecastro.com.
2) Tap the share icon in the browser (that’s the box with an arrow coming out of it)
3) Select the option “Add to Home Screen”.
4) And an icon popped on my screen with a guitar pick in the center of it.Good luck with this everyone. I’m geeked for the day. Thank you @Irish_ayes for posting this question.

@Mrfredsporty , YES!! I was just thinking the same thing just the other day. I have memorized some songs that are kind of on the hard side. Then I have a song I really want to learn and I can remember the chords to it or the finger style to it. I have to keep pulling out the song sheet. I do want to thank you for mentioning Jin-Sung Lee. I just went on the site myself. How nice that he adds the tabs.

This week was a good week to come back to. Nothing crazy with the chords. Try to make it everyday. I have been pushing myself to do the same thing. Good Luck

@N-lightMike , your right, I forgot all about when we were having issues with the tab not being visible. I attached a screen capture of the location. Just to let you know I don’t like that we have to download load a picture now to view it. It’s a hassle.

@SteveDyer, I looked in the skill section and didn’t see anything on the metronome. But you can google ‘metronome for chord changes’ and a lot of videos come up. That’s the best I can do. Hopefully someone will have better advice than me.

Very nice guitar there. It’s always nice to have another guitar. Is your other guitar a dreadnought too? Nice to have a guitar sitting where you are more apt to pick it up. Like… next to the couch in the front room 😉

Sorry to say this @Silver_Siren , but you will have to do that stretch. I didn’t care for it myself. It takes awhile to be able to do that long stretch. Keep your index on the 1st fret and stretch to the 2nd, then 3rd, then 4th. If you are finding it too hard, go down further on the neck where the frets are closer together. I know it’s a toughie.

@Philb , you only can do what you can do. My advice is to try to hold your index in place. If you have short fingers it might be near impossible. Medical reasons you’ll have to adjust to it. Give it your best shot. 🙂
