This always has been a great place to learn, which will hopefully continue at 2021 data transmission-speed very soon …. However, I am not aloud to say anything else; about the loss of the great guitar-related learning resource, called the Forum … hey-ho …

So many TAC members with deft skill in articulating detail. Maybe, just maybe, somebody in “Bozeman Control” is reading and digesting all this.
Today I had two questions that I know (nae, am certain) that they would have been answered by COP on the Pacific Coast.
The first was about Guitar Pro 7: why are some Chords an opaque-grey while others are bold-black ?
The second was about Chords: their formation and naming-convention.
I know, I know, not valid in here; but as Rhett Butler apparently did not say , “Frankly , my dear, I don’t give …….” 🙂

Thank you, dr_dave, this is both frustrating and disappointing. However, I won’t “shoot the messenger”; certainly not this one.
I am someone who lives right at the outer limit of “twisted-pair” copper wire broadband transmission capability. I really valued being able to download and watch continuous video rather than disjointed “live” transmission. Disk storage capacity today is simply no longer an issue.
This TAC capability was a major feature for me. Peak time live-viewing will only be feasible when we receive fibre-broadband. It was promised next year, … in 2016 !
It’s rather ironic; I live 35 miles from one of the world’s busiest international air-hubs, London Heathrow, and 8 miles from two of the UK’s major road arteries, M4 and M40. Yet I live with download speeds of 3.7Mb/s with an upload a giddy 700Kb/s.
The irony is I had superior communications technology serving on tours in Afghanistan during 2007, and 2008; …… although the mobile satellite-dishes under my OpCon were almost 5m/ (16ft) diameter towed by 8T trucks … 🤣.
Hey-ho, fibre-optic cable is coming. Until then, as long as there is a will, there will be a way…. 🤔

Well said, all, interesting comments …. and saved me some typing 👍😎
Personally, I don’t really care for: “The Badges”, “TACiversaries”, “Hi-fives”, “Wins” ,etc ; although do acknowledge they have merit (forgive the pun).
There’s nothing wrong with healthy competition to help motivate and focus either.
However there’s enough ‘meat on the bones’ of TAC, with the addition of a little self-motivation to ‘achieve’ whatever we want; whatever it is we define as achievement.
Give me access to the Lick Library, and I will gladly: Juliet-Sierra-Tango-Foxtrot-Uniform …. I couldn’t find any semaphore flag emoji’s …. 😳

Hi @was-dan ,
I can no longer download the daily video either.
Have asked whether it is a glitch or removed from the site functionality.
Oh, the ducks have nested: 13 eggs so far. 😎

No Lloyd, the x1 button simply varies speed of current video

Just trying to maintain a sense of humour!
