Had my Band back in the 70’s and 80’s. Mostly Folk Rock. Bob Dylan. CSN&Y. The Band. Leon Russell (My Great Love – RIP Sir). Original Material. I was a Singer-Songwriter who played Rhythm Guitar. I had World Class Keyboard, Lead, Bass, and Drum players around me because they loved my Songwriting creativity. But I just stayed with what I could do best and never got better. I learned songs by memorizing Tabs by brute force. Everyone should have at least one period of their life when they are on the road with Back-Up Singers! Life went on in my profession as a Software Engineer. I am going to Retire in a year or two so I have been getting back into it. The Resources of the Internet now are absolutely astounding! I have been back into electric Guitar for three years. It turns out I knew far more Music Theory than I thought! I just learned about the TAC Site and signed up. Very impressive approach. With my other Instructors my inner Eric Clapton is developing. Now my inner Leo Kottke can too just in time to impress Hot 80 year old Women on their walkers in the “Florida Personal Care Home World Tour” for me! Back in 1972 after surviving my Military Service with my dysfunctional, bi-polar, alcoholic Uncle Sam I was the spitting image of Tommy Chong! Peace. Love. Happiness. to everyone here!
