Thanks, AttyTJ.
Just finished today’s challenge. I’ll be playing this one a lot for awhile. Very enjoyable lick. Glad I’m encouraging others.

Thanks Bill & mcarlson_sb.
I’m not sure I’ve ever been anyone’s inspiration before. Thanks for that.
I was disappointed when I messed up my previous streak at 113 days. I was looking forward to hitting 4 straight months. I got it done and then some, so I’m happy.

Thanks, Loraine.
You always seem to be one of the first to congratulate someone or give them an attaboy.
Thanks for you support over the last 15 months. 😉

It does creep up on you. After a while, I sometimes feel like I’m not making much progress until something comes around again on the Challenges, or I catch myself just picking something absent-mindedly(?) that I’ve learned previously and not really paying attention. Hmm. Guess I am making progress.
Keep up the good work.
Have a great weekend!

Thanks Loraine & Kitman.
Some of the challenges I ran into over the past 2-3 weeks have been some that I did before, and yes, they were easier.
The last 2 days, Block Party & the chord challenge were toughies, but I spent the better part of an hour last night working on both of them. I’m seeing improvement but need more. I’ll be working on them over the weekend.
Be nice & play guitar. 😉

Thanks for the attaboy’s, Fred & Bill.
Don’t worry. I’ll be safe. I seldom drink anymore and haven’t gone out on New Year’s for years. I call it Amateur Night. I’ll be home and, most likely, asleep when it hits.

Congrats on the finger picking challenge. 👏🎉
I was never interested in finger picking, but now that I’ve learned some being on TAC, I really enjoy it. I haven’t done the Skills Course for picking yet, but it’s coming before too long.

I did somewhat the same thing, Wyatt.
I started from scratch October ’20. I did well signing on everyday, then I drifted a little during this summer. I kept playing, but went to some in person lessons for a couple months because it was easier to ask questions. But, it also got expensive. Also, I searched for sheet music for some songs that I liked and tried to learn them. That apparently was the shake up I needed. I’ve been signing on again for almost 3 months straight. Since I ventured elsewhere, what I’m learning on here seems to come a little easier now.
Keep at it and don’t give up. 👍
Congrats on finding your way back.

Congratulations, Jeff73!!
Some days you wonder if you’re really making progress. Then you go back to something from when you first started playing. Now, it’s not quite as hard as you thought it was before. It’s a great feeling.
Keep it up!!

Great, Digenu7!
Some days it just doesn’t seem like you can do anything wrong. Those days are wonderful.
Good for you!!!

Well, Coach. I haven’t been “normal” for years. As far as retirement goes, I am, too. But sometimes, it doesn’t seem like it. 😉
Thanks for the reply.
