Why I'm Here

I used to be an executive, but I retired and now I’m an aspiring singer/songwriter. I’m a self-taught guitarist who started playing at 15 and picked up my guitar on and off over the next 40-plus years. In retirement I’ve been able to immerse myself in music again. Alleluia!

I am performing at open-mic nights and want to start performing with other musicians. While my singing is good, my guitar playing is not where I want it to be. Plus being more versatile on my guitar will give me more musical ideas and better enable me to express them in orginal songs.
