You are clearly having “light bulb moments” @MikeGaurnier ! What amazes me is how many alternative chord shapes there are, for example, Bm, and sound good as a substitute. Ultimate Guitar tabs show them when the mouse arrow is placed on an individual chord diagram. Play on! Jack

Sounds like you @queenkobraxx and I have similar hand and wrist issues. My fellow guitar geeks have already given you sound advice. I do find my Taylor GS mini easier to use compared to my Taylor 414. I prefer to use the mini as my TAC workhorse for the skills courses and daily challenges. Once feeling comfortable I try using the other guitar. I do Tony’s stretching exercises and focus on wrists, hands and fingers before I pick up a guitar. Been with TAC for almost 6 months and noticed my dexterity in each hand’s digits are much more flexible. Best advice is to do the “10 minutes +” each day and the stretching anytime you can. Good luck with building up your finger tip pads too (found using an ice cube to rub them briefly reduces the swelling and discomfort). Play on queenkobraxx!

Thanks @stevieblues – Harry Chapin had many “stories” to sing. I enjoy listening to them. Still have in my music library his LPs, CDs and even Cassettes (no 8 track although I once had those too!) Worth revisiting from time to time. CITC is first track on “Verities & Balderdash” album with eight other great tracks. Another favorite of mine is his “30,000 Pounds Of Bananas” of a true but tragic event that occurred near Stratton, PA. That would be a challenge to play and sing!

Appreciate your responding Omar! I have enjoyed seeing your Play for Us forum videos. One of my TAC goals this quarter is to post three videos. Done 2 with the third in the works. Just getting the playing and singing at the same time has been work and learning the YouTube channel steps is still cumbersome for me as I am very much a novice to TAC and the guitar. Beyond Tony’s instruction in the DCs and skill courses I do find the information provided in forums beneficial. Thank you for being there (here) Omar. I hope to venture into VOM at some point this year to get to meet you directly.

Thanks Mike for your thoughts on this small but mighty amp. The looper and harmony features interest me to avoid pedals- I adhere to the KISS principle when I can. The reviews are very positive on the online music websites although one thought the looper was time limited. Thanks again for being an interested and active forum user. I have not ventured into VOM as I just recently posted two actual “play for us” videos. Getting the recording from my Apple phone to my HP all in one using the YouTube channel has been an adventure but figuring it out as I go along. 🤔 Very pleased Omar responded too. It’s good to hear from more experienced individuals as I am not quite 6 months into TAC and just a novice. I do have the motivation to put the work and time required to become better.

Thanks, noticed you are a fellow North Carolinian! Appreciate your efforts. It’s tough to know as these guitars got sold out in this area with the pandemic manufacturing slow down. Not been able to try them as no guitar shops have them. Don’t like buying one online as they each have their own attributes. Been looking at the Zager 900 OM as well.
I have noticed less responding too when I post on other forums too. Appreciate you and one other responding to my second try here.
