It ended up being an amazing week for sure. My son in law was very kind and encouraging about my very novice level playing. He helped me understand how to get a much better sound out of fingerpicking a number of songs I had been strumming. Started Tony’s Fingerpicking Jumpstart today to work toward improving. Play On @Alisa!

Hello @Alisa, Mornings on the sand and in the surf with evenings on the porch playing guitars with family members. They are supportive and patient with me as I try to keep up with them! Tonight’s featuring cheeseburgers on the grill so will just have to pay tribute to Jimmy Buffet by jamming the CIP tune together.🌅⛱🍔😎⚓️

Agree completely with you Ursula! Packed more guitars than beach towels! Even the 6 year old grandson has his Baby Martin. My wife is the only non-guitarist but she is blessed with the vocal abilities beyond the rest of us so keeps this ageless band of beach bums on pitch
