About Me

I’m just starting out learning guitar.  I’m really new to this, I spent a few weeks watching videos and trying to figure out some songs.  I’ve recently started taking lessons, which so far have been focused on learning where the notes are on the fretboard and starting yesterday reading music.  I feel like I have a very long way to go!

I want to learn fingerstyle blues initially, and have been working through a couple of songs (a simplified version of “spike driver blues”, and just starting out on “Stack O’Lee” by Mississippi John Hurt).
