I started learning guitar many years ago and stated taking classical guitar although I didn’t know she only taught that style when I started with her. I learned a lot from and I really enjoyed it but over time I lost interest and really wanted to play different styles. Never really learned music theory although I have tried but ultimately failed understanding any of it. So I am hoping to learn some theory along with learning to play with a pick and hopefully improve my rhythm and timing. I also want to be able to play more types of songs that I grew up listening to which is 60’s and 70’s type. I didn’t grow up during that time but my brothers did and so it was the music I was exposed to as a your kid.
