Thank you Bill_Brown, I appreciate the advice. You are spot on. I am exactly the kind of person who would get hung up on something and frustrated.

I will set myself a kitchen timer with each new lesson, and evaluate whether to go on or stay with it when the timer goes off. That way I won’t get tunnel vision and condition myself to expect frustration from these lessons.

Actually, I already have a task that I have to do at the computer each morning before 7am. That is going to be my habit trigger for the day’s lesson.
