Will make sure I keep my OS upgraded. BTW having to work just from the TAB and not have Tony take me through every step was in some ways a growth experience. Thanks for the attention to this.

Awesome win x7 Doug. Removes lots of excuses that the rest of us might come up with for prolonged time away from our routine.

very nice! 🙂

Awesome. Now you are a guitar player!

Picking hand nails are a constant challenge. Easy to bust in real life. I file mine really carefully with a “pick” just beyond the meat of the fingers. I’ve heard that eating jell-o helps harden the nails. Also use a black mountain thumb pick for many but not all of my finger style playing.

awesome win. I really think the backwards roll is pretty fun to play.

I’m still adjusting to the finger picks as well. Kind of like running with ankle weights on.

I hear you. I kinda stopped doing anything that wasn’t in open G this past week because I didn’t want to re-tune. The five exercises were plenty to keep me busy anyway. They were all hard.

I like black mountain thumb picks. They are very versatile. I, like you, am still adjusting to the finger picks. I find with a little bending and time they are more comfortable. Using D’Andrea plastic picks but haven’t tried other brands yet.

Thanks. Reaffirms my plan on many levels…and yes as much as I love playing my guitar time with my daughter while she is making her very important decisions is so completely precious.
