I recommend the Taylor Academy 12 (or 12e) to make the transition. If you are looking for solid wood guitars, I recommend the Recording King Series 11 or Breedlove Organic Series.

I appreciate you listening again @albert_d . I’ve just about given up on remembering song lyrics. I’m discovering that so many people who go out and gig have song sheets with them, either on a tablet or in some sort of print form. So I keep working on a dozen or so “back pocket” songs to play from memory, and the rest I’ll need the sheets for. I don’t ever plan to gig or play at open mics, but I do want to have something ready in case I’m asked to play something.😀

Hi @Marty72 . Miss you too! Thanks for always being so kind and supportive. I’ve been hanging out in another Forum these days. Don’t have the time for both. Maybe when I retire, whenever that will be. I’ll be 65 in April but might work another 5 years. We’ll see…
