Why I'm Here

I started playing after Kathy bought a $5.00 guitar at a garage sale a few years ago.  A new set of $7.00 strings later and a Mel Bay beginner book and away I went.  Self taught fingerstyle just seemed to make sense.  Tried Tony’s Acoustic Challenge because I could download all the lessons and learn while offline out on the farm.  Currently own a Taylor 310 and enjoying learning to play.  The introductory lessons and the Fretboard Cheat Sheet got me hooked, so here we go with Fretboard Wizard!

I really enjoy making music.  I play every morning while I have coffee, when it's raining, when the morning sun is warming the porch swing, camping,……..It's what I do when I'm not working or fishing.
