| Why I'm Here |
I’m Chris, I’m 52 and I live in Dallas, TX.  I played guitar for about a year in my 20’s then hung it up for the next 20 years.  I picked it up again six years ago and have never looked back. I have no aspirations of being anything other than a couch player but I’m constantly trying to get better and playing has just brought me a tremendous amount of joy.  I joke that I’m a better collector than a player, but my playing is improving.  My collection as of today is a 2011 Gibson J-45, a 2015 Martin HD-16R, a Martin OOCXAE, an amazing custom electric made by Jeremy Parks in Las Vegas, and my pride and joy a Fender Custom Shop Relic ’53 Telecaster.
