It would be easier if it was the same transition every time.
However it does take extra effort and there is learning both mental and with moving my fingers when I do it, although slower, the way Tony “tabbed” it out.

I played the video at half speed and came up with:
Fretting an E minor chord (only need to hold down the D string 2nd fret) I think it is:
(T thumb I index M middle)
T E string – T D string – T E string – I B string – M e string – I B string – I G string

If I had one suggestion for Tony it would be when he says:
“And then you can add this to spice it up” he would provide the tab for the “Spice up” part.
I sometimes can figure it out but more often than not I can’t. I will give it a try with your suggestions. If I get it I will post the answer.
