remember, the TAC community has thousands of members with wide ranging skill levels. It’s impossible to have the lessons taylor-made to suit each individual. Some days the practice will be easy, some other days more challenging. And like others have said, it’s not about learning songs, but about giving you the skills to play whatever you want to play with the acquired skills.
So with that in mind, and with your goals and specific needs, you should perhaps try one2one private tuition with a tutor who could focus on what you want? Would probably cost you an arm and a leg though…

hi
you’ll probably need some third party software to convert PDFs to GP files…. sorry i have not tried

I agree, so grateful to Maggie for spending some time with us, that was lovely to be there and see a few of you
-
in the past you could do the test again by restarting the specific module, not necessarily starting from the very beginning… not sure if it’s still applicable, as i have not done it again for a long time…. i should revisit

Hi Barbara,
I purchased the FBW course 1st edition and found it very useful for my needs.
So in that respect, it’s worth investing, especially if it’s on offer and If you are interested in navigating up and down the fretboard with the knowledge of notes, scales and matrix for various chord placements, also finding keys to songs by ear etc..
the course is easy to follow i think. I have not gone through the latest edition and i believe things have been changed and improved since i have taken the first course.
But of course, it depends on your current budget. I won’t push anyone in purchasing anything if they cannot afford the cost.
