Tab icon doesn’t show up on Favorite lesson
I have clicked Favorite on a lesson from last month that now not available otherwise. When I select that lesson, there is no icon to download the Tab for the lesson. So if I hadn’t saved that Tab when it was current in the daily challenge, it’s not available. Even though I saved it on my laptop, I know am going to move a copy of the tab to the cloud in order to access it on my iPad. Is there a solution for this – particularly if I didn’t save the Tab when the lesson was current month?

@gregD35 , ya buddy but you may not think my solution is a good one. I memorize the ones I like. I give myself the week to do it and if I don’t, I catch it next time. My all time favorite is the finger stretch exercises. Not the actual hand/finger stretches but the ones that spread your fingers on the fretboard horizontally and vertically. They were a part of a week long challenge a while back. There are 4 different sequences I play together. Love those. I know probably not the answer you are looking for, but it is all I got and it is working for me.

Depends how you use the exercises. I know it’s gonna be at least a month working on the banjo week – and being at the end of the month, those disappeared this week. I did download the tabs last week and printed them – but I am away this week and didn’t bring the papers. I also was trying to pull the tab up on an iPad while watching the video on my laptop (I know – gear heavy traveller. I brought an extra guitar so I could keep the open tuning for the exercises while working on my song list on git #1). I’m in year 4 of TAC, so, depending upon what else I need to practice that week, I may pick and choose, especially with the special focus things like banjo – saying hey, can’t do these this week but I want to, so save for when time opens up. In any case, it does seem like if you are able to favorite a lesson, it should come with the full ride: learn, play and tabs. (in case the powers that be are listening)

Yeah, kinda defeats part of the purpose of saving to favorites, but I automatically hit favorite each day, and then I save a pdf copy of the tab. Would be super nice if TAC could make tabs available when saved as a favorite.

You’re right @Loraine 👍, I would prefer to have the tab, it beats replaying the video over and over!

This is on the list to fix, guys. We’ve also got a much more intuitive TAB icon coming.
But please note, the tab is still there and available to download. The icon is just invisible.
