My TAC Routine is Evolving
I realized while responding to another post, that my TAC Routine is evolving. So here’s my current approach:
I usually use whatever the Monday warmup exercise is for the whole week in addition to my normal warmup. I’ll spend about 5 min. reviewing the prior day’s challenge each weekday and on the weekend review everything from the prior week. That usually makes me feel satisfied that I’ve practiced the material well enough. I feel like it helps me get ready for the coming week.
The 5 min. I spend during the weekdays is timed and played with a metronome. On the weekends I’ll spend as much time as I want on any given challenge. I usually find that if I keep at it for 15-20 min. on a difficult challenge I see massive improvement from when I first tried it earlier in the week.
TAC isn’t the only course that I’m taking, I have 4 or 5 others, so this approach works best for me at this time.
