The Tonewood Amp is a lot of fun; and great to use at home for a quick and easy way to add some acoustic effects without a lot of equipment; using the body of the acoustic guitar as the amplifier to get the effects. It doesn’t really increase volume, but has a large variety of ways to adjust it for many and varied effects. I have a Guild with a curved back, and it will not work on that; but on a flat back it has worked great. I have enjoyed using it at times.
