Hey @Jonathandavid , you’ve got to let that air circulate when trying to solo over a tough backing track like this one (LOL)🤣, right? I think you did a nice job of finding notes within the scale that fit with the backing track. I like how you played the scale along the hiD string too, IMHO, that sounded better than going across the strings. Thank you for posting Jonathan👏👏👏

Great improv @Jonathandavid ! I liked your use of the entire neck, the triplets, hammers onsnand pull offs, harmonics, etc. I think you covered it all. Well done an an enjoyable listen! Thanks for posting!

  p.s. anyone know what’s happened to charlie_d? He’s a regular poster of improvs that I look forward to listening to I but haven’t seen him in the Forum for a few weeks.

    @Jonathandavid , I was wondering the same about @charlie_d last week. We haven’t heard from him in a while. I am remembering a few weeks back he indicated he had a pretty hefty load in his “non guitar” life and had some sole catch-up on a number of challenges. It just might be one of those things.

Hi there @Jonathandavid and @Kitman. Long time no see (and hear)!

To paraphrase a Johnny Winter song “I’m still alive and well”!

I was away for a while and have a busy period still until mid-november. I probably will post a solo for this week just to clear my head a bit. Hope all is well in the TAC sphere!
