On a streak…….
When I first started back in Oct. ’20, I did very well at practicing every day and signing on to TAC. I made it to day 113, then life happened. My streak ended. I was still signing on and practicing, but not consistently.
I got back on track late last September or so and haven’t missed a day since. This week I hit 120 straight days and still going. I think today is 122. Now, it may not be exact if you go by the number of calendar days, but I’m calling it 4 months. My total count is 365 days today. So it’s definitely become a habit. And, I can tell a difference in my abilities. Barres are getting “better”, transitions are coming along slowly, & I’m finding solutions for minor issues.
So, a few minutes a day (usually more) does make a difference.
