    Wow, @62promise , @MarkD66 gave you such good advice, I hesitate to add anything lest I detract from what he said.

    With guitar, form matters, sorta. The form it takes to create the sound matters. The form that allows you to be relaxed and not cause repetitive motion injuries matters. The form that allows you to play in rhythm matters. Otherwise, form doesn’t matter. This is music and not a sport.

    As time goes on, you will be more aware of what form you need and more capable of imitating the form Tony has. In fact, you’ll be more able to see the form Tony has. But as Mark said, for now, simply relax and try to imitate the sound.
