    Hey Tony,

Happy to share with you my experiences with TAC. I took up guitar again a couple of years ago, after playing it a bit more than 50 years ago. I am a mostly retired guy 76 years of age this year. I tried out most of the online lessons and teachers over a few months and settled on TAC as closest to what I wanted to do on the guitar. I may be misguided, but my goal is to play melodies and not just chords. I want to play the guitar as an instrument in its own right and not just as one instrument in a rhythm section….I totally love the melodies ringing out from my guitar!

I started doing the daily exercises when I first joined but then drifted away from them as many were finger picking (I am a flat picker) or chords. Did a lot of your lessons and the Fret Board Wizard course. I am now back doing your daily challenges and really enjoying them! In the meantime, I am also learning a dozen or so songs that I like … melodies, of course, with some chords thrown in with the long notes. I tune in for all the Acoustic Tuesday sessions etc. and love them. TAC has encouraged and emboldened me to keep going and to tackle ever more challenging stuff!

Thank you and your team so much!
