Covering an icon at 80- “Don’t Think Twice, It’s Alright”
The Sunday VwA was identified as goals and things we are working on. Well, I am working on reaching 80, (69 infact), but this song is not really a goal. I did confirm my ability to perform a song that I have loved since first hearing it in 1962 on kind of short notice.
In celebration of a master song smith and iconic creator of music in my generation turning 80, I offer “Don’t Think Twice, It’s Alright” by Bob Dylan. 12 years my senior, and so much more gifted than I ever thought to be. I am happy with the cover, though.
